Mooer has built guitar effects since 2010 out of its factory in Shenzhen, China, growing from micro-sized pedals into digital instruments such as the Devin Townsend Ocean Machine, the Micro Preamp series, the GE200 multi-effects unit and the RADAR IR loader. The E7 is the second pedal in Mooer's New Micro series and turns a guitar into a polyphonic electronic synthesizer without needing special pickups or instrument modification. It takes its name from its seven custom Mooer synthesizer tones, each with its own arpeggiator, high/low frequency cut, attack and speed controls, and the New Micro series shell adds seven LED indicators along its right-hand side.
Highlights
- 7 distinct Mooer custom synth tones
- Individual arpeggiator per tone
- High/low frequency cut, attack and speed shaping for each tone
- 7 onboard preset slots
- 7 LED indicators for at-a-glance status
- Firmware upgradeable via USB
