Shipping costs, delivery estimates, Australia-wide delivery options and local collection details for Infinite Music orders.

Thank you for shopping with Infinite Music. Prices on our website do not include shipping costs unless stated otherwise. For items purchased online, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For all other purchases, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Shipping Options

We offer two delivery options for eligible orders. Available options will appear at checkout.

1. Shipping

Some items delivered to Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory and South Australia may be eligible for free shipping. Eligibility is determined at checkout.

Deliveries are sent by courier, and tracking information will be emailed when your order is dispatched.

Large and bulky products may attract a freight charge. Most charges for these products will display at checkout. For certain products, we may ask you to contact us for a freight quote before purchasing.

2. Collect In-Store

If you live locally, you are welcome to collect your order from our Nambour store. Please call us ahead of time on (07) 5441 5454 to confirm your order is ready for collection.

Processing Time

We aim to process orders promptly and usually ship orders on the next working day. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been booked for collection with our courier.

Please allow up to two working days from the purchase date before contacting us for shipping information.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within five working days from shipping notification. Please allow up to 10 working days for deliveries to Western Australia. New Zealand delivery times will vary.

International Shipping

We currently ship Revv Amplification products to New Zealand only. Freight will be calculated at checkout. The purchaser is responsible for all applicable import taxes, duties and customs charges.
