General Store & Brand Questions

Where is Infinite Music located, and what are the store hours?

We are located at Shop 4/186 Currie St, Nambour QLD 4560. Our trading hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, and Saturday 9:30am to 4pm. We are closed on Sundays. As a 3-storey megastore, we welcome you to visit and explore our huge range.

What brands do you stock at your Sunshine Coast music store?

Infinite Music in Nambour stocks new electric, acoustic and bass guitars, guitar and bass amps, effects pedals, drums, keyboards, pianos and recording gear from a wide range of leading brands. Our range changes regularly as new stock arrives. We also carry pre-owned and vintage guitars and amps, often including second-hand Fender and Gibson guitars. Looking for a particular brand or model? Do you stock Australian-made instruments?

Yes, proudly. We are strong supporters of local craftsmanship. In addition to Maton and Cole Clark, we stock Sunshine Coast handcrafted guitars from Walton Guitars, Pratley Guitars, and Kendall Custom Guitars. Buying Australian-made helps support local luthiers and sustainable practices.

Do you sell used and vintage guitars on the Sunshine Coast?

Yes. Our pre-owned and vintage range changes all the time and often includes used guitars from Fender, Gibson, Gretsch, Ibanez, Guild and Martin, plus second-hand amps from Fender, Marshall and more. Browse our Pre-Owned collection online, or come into our Nambour store to try them in person.

Do you stock Australian-made instruments?

Shipping & Delivery Questions

Do you offer free shipping to QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT, and SA?

Yes, some items shipped to Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, the ACT, and South Australia may qualify for free shipping. This is determined at checkout. Deliveries are sent via courier, and you will receive tracking information via email when your order is dispatched. Please note, free shipping is not available to WA, NT, TAS or New Zealand.

What are the shipping costs for WA, NT, TAS, and New Zealand?

Free shipping is not available to WA, NT, TAS, or New Zealand. Freight charges for these locations will be displayed in your cart on checkout. If your delivery address is rural or our couriers can't service your area, we will ship via Australia Post. International shipping is currently limited to Revv Amplification products for New Zealand, with freight calculated at checkout. Purchasers are responsible for all incoming taxes and customs charges.

How long does shipping take?

We strive to process orders promptly and usually ship the following working day. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days from shipping notification. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to Western Australia.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds Policy

What is your return policy for faulty or incorrect items?

If you receive a faulty item or an item that is not as described or pictured, you may be eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Please contact us immediately atsales@infinitemusic.com.auto arrange your return. Items must be returned in the same condition with original packaging.

What items cannot be returned or exchanged?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on reeds, harmonicas, mouthpieces, or vocal mics. We also cannot exchange software (licences can't be revoked), sheet music (due to copyright), or consumables like strings and drumsticks.

What if I paid using Afterpay, Zip Pay, or PayPal?

If you pay using Afterpay, Zip Pay, or PayPal, please be aware that retailers are charged a fee for these payment methods. This fee will be deducted from any refunds received by the consumer. A re-stocking fee may also apply to returns.

Can shipping costs be refunded?

Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If your item was shipped to you for free, the original cost of freighting the item to you may be deducted from your total refund amount.

Lessons & Repairs

Do you offer music lessons in Nambour?

Yes! Infinite Music is home to one of the biggest education departments on the Sunshine Coast. We offer private music lessons for guitar, bass, drums, piano and ukulele in our 4 dedicated teaching rooms. We cater to everyone, from beginner to advanced levels.

Do you offer instrument repairs and setups?

We don't do repairs or setups in-house. We refer all repairs and setups to Mark Shipton Instrument Repairs in Coes Creek, on the Sunshine Coast.

Payment Options & Rentals

What payment options do you accept?

We offer multiple convenient payment methods. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Zip and Afterpay. You don't need a PayPal account to checkout; you can simply use your credit card.

Do you offer rent-to-own or product rental?

Yes, we offer Studio 19 Rental. You can rent the product of your dreams with no commitment to buy—just a minimum 6-month rental period. After 6 months, you can upgrade to the latest gear, or you can apply to buy at any time. To start a rental, click the "Rent Now" button on the product page .
