The Electro-Harmonix Micro Synth generates analogue synthesizer textures from four independent, fully mixable voices - Guitar, Octave, Sub Octave and Square Wave. Envelope control shapes these signals into 'bowed' or 'blown' sounds, while a swept filter control adds further variable frequency adjustment across the overall output. The compact ten-slider layout puts a wide range of analogue synth sounds within reach, from percussive stabs to backwards-sounding bowed effects.
Highlights
- Four independent, fully mixable voices: Guitar, Octave, Sub Octave and Square Wave
- All-analog design with a 3-pole analog resonant filter
- Square wave voice can double as a distortion tone
- Start/stop filter frequency sliders with adjustable sweep rate and direction
