The Cort GB-Fusion 4 takes the classic J-style bass and updates it with premium tonewoods and active electronics. A solid alder body with a spalted maple top pairs with a hard maple neck and Indian rosewood fretboard for a fast, sleek feel, while an Ergonomic Neck Joint opens up access to the highest frets. Two Voiced Tone VTB-ST J-style single-coil pickups run through an onboard 3-band active preamp with push/pull active/passive switching, blend, treble, mid and bass controls.
Highlights
- Solid alder body with a spalted maple veneer top for a warm, punchy J-style tone with visual character
- Hard maple neck with an Indian rosewood fingerboard, 12" (305mm) radius and 22 frets
- Ergonomic Neck Joint for easier access to the upper register and reduced wrist strain
- Two Voiced Tone VTB-ST single-coil pickups with a 9-volt active preamp (push/pull active/passive, blend, 3-band EQ)
