This is exactly the same spec as our vertical V212-VV cabinet, but in grey vinyl to match The Kraken aesthetics. Two Celestion Vintage 30 speakers, pine top, sides and bottom; ply back and baffle.
IDEAL FOR:
VX The Kraken, VX100 The Super Kraken. The same as the V212-VV, but in grey vinyl.
SPEAKER CHARACTERISTICS:
The Vintage 30 is a very efficient (100dB), relatively powerful, large-magnet (Ceramic, 50 ounce) 12-inch driver. Clear highs, projecting upper mids and strong bottom end make it a favourite with players who like modern gained sounds and/or high headroom cleans with minimal speaker breakup/distortion. That makes it perfect for optimum clarity with VX The Krakenās crushing gains. Plenty of happy Victory players have said bye-bye to their 4Ć12 cabs after hearing these.
UK MADE CABINETS
Our speaker cabinets are hand built in England using redwood pine for top and sides and quality Baltic birch ply for backs and baffles. Our speaker baffles are angled back by 2-3 degrees to help with projection towards you when youāre playing. Theyāre finished in black bronco vinyl (cream for the V112C and V212VC) with vintage black woven grille cloth to match aesthetically ā and of course tonally ā with our heads.
