The JHS Mute Switch does exactly what its name suggests: it's a latching switch that instantly cuts the signal for silent tuning, breaks between sets, or any other time a player needs quiet fast. A colour-changing LED indicator and compact size round out a straightforward, well-built tool. Note that this is a latching design rather than a momentary switch — once clicked, the signal stays in the position selected.
Highlights
- Latching mute switch — cuts the full signal ahead of it in the chain instantly
- Colour-changing LED (blue to red) shows whether the mute is engaged
- Compact, low-profile footprint
- Works on pedalboards and in amp effects loops
