JHS Kilt V2 Overdrive / Fuzz/ Distortion Pedal
Guaranteed Safe Checkout:
When JHS had the chance to work with Stu G — the guitarist, writer, producer and founding member of UK band Delirious? — the result was the original Kilt, built to cover any ground he needed for studio work and touring. The Kilt V2 takes that same Expandora-style dirt-box circuit and refines it into a more compact, versatile tone machine. It uses a specifically chosen op-amp for low noise and an improved slew rate, giving it a smoother feel than the original Expandora, while three toggles add extra tonal range: a cut/flat toggle to trim low end or keep a beefier bass response, and G1/G2 toggles that switch in different clipping resistance values rather than the diode-clipping selectors used in most drive pedals. Together they cover everything from light, chimey breakup to a wall of gated fuzz/distortion.
