The HK Audio SONAR 112 Xi is a powered loudspeaker that works as a full-range speaker, a stage monitor, or in combination with a subwoofer, built in a 12"/1" format with a 12" high-performance woofer and a 1" high-performance HF driver. Its elegant yet robust polymer enclosure has a steel grille with acoustic foam backing to protect the loudspeakers from knocks, dust and splashed water. The speaker stand mount's adjustable tilt angle can be changed at the push of a button to align the speaker to the audience, and the slanted housing also lets Xi models be set sideways for use as wedge monitors, while built-in M10 rigging points make it easy to fly the enclosures. A powerful 1,200-watt amplifier and 24-bit DSP with a colour display drive the system.
