Electro-Harmonix Q-Tron Plus Envelope Filter w/ FX Loop Guitar Pedal
Guaranteed Safe Checkout:
In 1968, Mike Matthews founded Electro-Harmonix in New York City, first creating the LPB-1 boost before the Big Muff Pi - the fuzz pedal that other manufacturers have tried to copy ever since. Artists including Jimi Hendrix, The White Stripes' Jack White, U2's The Edge, Kurt Cobain of Nirvana, Aerosmith's Joe Perry, Primus, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Parliament, Queens of the Stone Age and Dinosaur Jr. have used Electro-Harmonix pedals, and the company now manufactures over one hundred different pedals. The Q-Tron Plus shares its design with the original Q-Tron but adds a useful effects loop and an Attack Response switch. The effects loop lets you place an additional effect, or chain of effects, between the Q-Tron Plus's preamp and filter section without changing the envelope drive - handy with most distortion devices, which typically lack much of an amplitude envelope - while the Response switch selects between a slow, smooth, vowel-like attack and the faster response of the original Q-Tron.
