Engineered for Lower Tunings Without Compromise The Spira Guitars J-400 MBK BAR delivers extended-range performance in a baritone package. Its 27" scale length maintains tight string tension across drop tunings and heavy styles, keeping low notes articulate and chords defined even under high gain. Built with roasted poplar and roasted maple, the guitar resists moisture-related tuning drift across temperature changes. The Modern D neck profile and 14" radius fretboard create a fast, responsive playing surface, while 24 jumbo frets accommodate both aggressive rhythm work and extended soloing. The offset Jazzmaster-style body balances comfort with the longer scale. Spira Villain humbuckers with ceramic magnets deliver controlled lows, punchy mids, and clear highs that cut through without muddiness. The combination of extended scale tension and higher-output pickups keeps your tone tight and precise.

Free shipping is not available to WA, NT, TAS or New Zealand. Freight charges to these locations will be displayed in the cart on checkout. If your delivery address is rural, or our couriers can not service your area, we will ship via Australia Post.
