The PreSonus Quantum HD8 is a 26x30, 32-bit/192kHz USB-C audio interface built around eight newly redesigned MAX-HD mic preamps with 75dB of gain, suited to today's most popular microphones. Guitarists and bassists get instrument inputs co-developed with Fender engineers, and an Auto Gain button sets the perfect gain level for microphones and instruments automatically. Two re-amp outputs let you send audio from your DAW back out to an amp or pedal and re-record it, so you can experiment with different tones without cutting multiple takes. High-performance converters offer 124dB of dynamic range, and a custom low-latency driver keeps recording latency exceptionally low. An illuminated push encoder and a full-colour, high-resolution screen give fast, intuitive control over channel and output settings, while 16 channels of ADAT Optical input plus stereo S/PDIF I/O make connecting digital gear straightforward.
