Jim Dunlop Echoplex Delay Pedal EP103
Guaranteed Safe Checkout:
The Echoplex Delay delivers the legendary tones of the EP-3 tape echo unit with a hi-fi all-analog dry path and a simple control interface — no tape cartridges required. The original EP-3 units are famous for their deliciously warm, organic modulation, but they're expensive, temperamental and larger than a VCR; the EP103, by contrast, is the size of a Phase 90. Its Delay control sets the time between repeats from 65ms to 750ms, Sustain sets the number of repeats, and Volume sets the output level, while Age mode — accessed with a quick push of the Volume knob — darkens the tone and ups the tape saturation and modulation as you turn it clockwise. The Echoplex Delay also features tap tempo functionality for up to 4 seconds of delay time when hooked up to an M199 MXR Tap Tempo Switch (sold separately), an all-analog dry path with Constant Headroom Technology for a full 20 volts of headroom, a choice of true relay or trails bypass, and can be set for 100% wet mode with stereo input and output.
