The JHS 3 Series Delay is part of JHS's affordable, simplified 3 Series range, built by JHS in Kansas City, Missouri, with three simple controls and one toggle. It lets you choose between rich, warm echoes or clear, pristine ones, with a straightforward design that still offers a wide range of options. The Delay knob gives 80ms to 800ms of delay time, for everything from slapback to long, ambient washes of pad-like echo. The Type toggle selects between a clearer digital-voiced delay and a darker analogue-voiced delay. Maxing out the Repeats knob while in analogue-voiced delay mode produces classic bucket-brigade-style runaway.
