Vintage Boss DSD-3 Digital Sampler Delay Pedal- Japan - Feb 1988 - Black Label ( Pre Owned - In Box... Great Cond) 878813
The BOSS DSD-3 Digital Sampler/Delay (1986–1988) is a vintage Japanese-made pedal featuring 12-bit digital delay (50ms–800ms) and a 0.8-second sampler. Similar to the early DD-2/DD-3 "long chip" technology, it offers warm, articulate delay plus a dedicated sampler mode (REC/PLAY) with an external trigger input.
- Modes: Two Delay Modes (S: 50-200ms, L: 200-800ms) and two Sampler Modes (REC/PLAY, PLAY ONLY).
- Sampling Time: Up to 800ms.
- Trigger In: Allows external triggering of samples via a foot switch or drum machine.
- Circuitry: Known for using the "long chip" (similar to SDE-3000 rack) for a warmer, less sterile sound.
- Input/Output Impedance: 1M Ohm (Input), 10k Ohms or more (Output).
- Power: 9V DC battery or BOSS PSA Series Adapter.
- Dimensions: 70(W) x 55(H) x 125(D) mm.
- Weight: 450g / 1 lb
