The Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor is an industry-standard pedal designed to eliminate unwanted hum and noise from guitar and bass rigs. It features a unique send/return loop for targeted noise suppression, preserving natural tone, and acts as a power supply for other pedals.
- Noise Detection Circuit: Preserves natural attack and envelope, avoiding the choppy sound of traditional noise gates.
- 4-Cable Method: Allows users to isolate noisy, high-gain pedals and the amp's preamp inside the loop for maximum efficiency.
- Dual Mode: Includes a Mute mode for silent tuning or switching instruments.
- Power Distribution: The DC output jack can power up to 7 other Boss pedals (requires optional PCS-20A cable).
- Controls: Simple Threshold and Decay knobs to adjust the noise suppression level
- Power: 9V battery or PSA-series AC adapter (20 mA draw).
- Bypass: Buffered.

Free shipping is not available to WA, NT, TAS or New Zealand. Freight charges to these locations will be displayed in the cart on checkout. If your delivery address is rural, or our couriers can not service your area, we will ship via Australia Post.
