Typically tuned to B, the Baritone provides a clear low end response perfect for soloists, singer-songwriters, percussive fingerstyle players, or guitarists who crave a walking bass line while comping chords. The Baritone voice is also perfect for performers who like to sing in lower keys and play in the āopenā positions.
With an offset soundhole and side-port, the Walden B103E sounds sonically excellent while incorporating the more comfortable Grand Auditorium body shape. A graphite reinforced Mahogany neck contributes to stability and its 27ā³ scale length and 1-13/16ā³ nut width contribute to the B103E Baritoneās transparent playability.

Grand Auditorium body featuring a solid Sitka Spruce top with Low-Mass Double-X bracing, African Ovangkol back and sides, offset soundhole with side port, Abalone & Rosewood rosette, Rosewood binding, 1-13/16ā nut width, 27ā scale, 18:1 ratio gold die-cast tuners with black keys, graphite reinforced neck, two-way truss rod, pearl Walden logo, Rosewood fingerboard & bridge, bone nut & saddle, DāAddario coated baritone strings, with hard shell case.
27" Scale Baritone
A 27" Scale Baritone with African Ovangkol back/sides. Commonly tuned to Low B. An offset soundhole allows for the use of the Grand Auditorium body for comfort while still allowing for rich bass frequencies, balanced mids, and harmonic complexity
Graphite Reinforced Neck
A Graphite reinforced neck not only dramatically increases stability, it stiffens the neck reducing dead-spots and allowing more fundamental sound frequencies to project off the soundboard. A feature mostly found on handmade instruments
