Similar like the PYRO, Torch Flame is applied so the natural heat deepens and burn into the grain lines of the body wood but with this model the body is completely burned and charred. From there it goes through a sanding step that leaves the wood with elements from the fire, but a texture that accentuates the grain and is inspired by the wind burned sand of a Desert Rose. It is a meticulous and lengthy process requiring much expertise and judgement. Sand and Fire impact grain and wood grain differently for every piece of wood, so each instrument is 100% completely unique. The headstock of the neck is then fire-branded with the Solar logo with edges burned to match the body, Afterwards the body is cleaned and poly sealer coats are applied. Once dry, assembly begins with the neck fitted with Solar locking tuners, Floyd Rose installation, pickups, electronics wiring, strings strung up and final set-up by our experienced luthiers to be
